Jim was able to get my adjuster to change his mind from half a roof into full metal roof replacement on my house and garage. He also was able to get my siding on my whole house approved. My house looks amazing. Jim did a thorough job on getting everything approved for me which made me feel at ease. He went above and beyond in order to get everything approved for me. I have informed all of my family and friends and I will definitely be calling Jim in the future.
