Once he arrived on site and inspected my home he reviewed my claim paperwork. Upon review he noticed that the insurance company left out several details within my claim that resulted in half of the payout I should have recieved. He made immediate contact with my agent and filed a detailed report that increased my claim payment by a substantial amount. Eric did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish with as little hiccups as weather would allow.
