Outstanding Service
It’s never fun to have to deal with storm damage. However Chris made it so easy. Just call him with a question and he was on it. He worked with our insurance company and got repairs included that I didn’t even see had anything wrong. Going forward I will call Rees Restoration for all my repair needs. Great experience
Jim Clements was great to work with. I had my roof, gutters/downspouts, and garage door replaced. This was my first experience with insurance and major home repair and Jim made the process seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend!
Roof Replacement
The folks that worked with me from Rees were great to deal with. All of my questions were dealt with quickly and effectively. Jim Clements was very helpful throughout the process, The folks who did the work worked very hard and were pleasant to work with. They made a very good effort to clean up after the installation and left things in good shape. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement work.
Pleased with final results!
Unfortunately, mostly caused by the insurance company, there was a delay in getting work started. But once it was, Jim Clements, kept things running smoothly. Jim even had some roofers tear out some of their work and redo it when it was discovered it hadn't been done properly. I appreciate that because if it hadn't been corrected, it would have caused problems in the future. I will certainly recommend Rees Restoration to anyone who needs the services they provide.
Roof replacement
From the beginning, Pete was very helpful in explaining what was going to be replaced and repaired. Very courteous and always answered my phone calls and texts. Time table was good. In all we are very happy with the quality of work and clean up.
Very Thankful
I recently had a house fire and it could not have happen at the worst time. I was just about to close on my house and the day at the signing my house had an electrical fire. My insurance company sent out numerous companies but I was not happy with any of them. They all seem to just rush through the walkthrough during their inspections and not really trying to address my questions and concerns. The buyers realtor stepped in and recommended Jesse with Rees Restoration. I called Rees and Jesse was out to my house they very next day, just with one walk through with him he put my mind at ease, he noticed a lot of damage none of the other company’s even brought up. He stay in contact with my insurance company and after sending in his estimate to my insurance company my insurance made corrections to my claim and sent out another 40k for damages. I believe if Jesse didn’t step in my house would have not been done correctly. I will definitely use Jesse and Rees Restoration will all my projects and will always recommend them to all my family and friends
