New Roof/Gutters for new owners
We sold our house, only to have water damage from snow/ice 3 wks before closing. We had Brandon out to check things over and found that we also had hail damage to gutters and shingles. This sent our anxiety through the roof. Brandon assured us that he could get it taken care of before, or shortly after closing. He met with the insurance adjuster and was an advocate for us. Not only did we get a new roof and gutters for the new homeowners, but they got it done three days before closing! A massive weight off our shoulders.
