Jim Clements was on site supporting our interest when our insurance adjuster made his initial inspection. Then when the insurance company gave us an unreasonably small settlement and push back for hail damage on our roof, Jim pushed forward and advocated on our behalf. Jim was vigilant in following up with our insurance company with their many requests that eventually ended with us receiving a satisfactory insurance settlement after several months. After this, the contractors that Jim scheduled for the roof and gutter replacement arrived. My wife and I were impressed by their hard work and we greatly appreciate the finished product. We have readily shared our experience in working with Jim with others and haven’t hesitated in referring him to our neighbors. Jim Clements, “Thank-you very much” for all your hard work!!!
