Mike was extremely helpful through the entire process. He answered all of my questions and I had a new roof on my house within a week of submitting my deposit. When the insurance adjuster came out, Mike sent out the inspector to walk through and point out any discrepancies with our roof to ensure everything was accounted for. Would definitely recommend Rees to friends and family.

These guys were great! They were recommended by my insurance company and honestly it went so well I questioned if I was being punk’d. Johnny met with my insurance adjuster and worked with him to get my exterior taken care of. Then Mike worked closely with me walking me through, scheduling, and communicating. We ran into a bump after the siding with an outdoor outlet that they worked diligently to correct. The roofers were done in a morning. Felicio and his crew were friendly and quick with residing my house. And honestly I missed the gutters crew. We’ve had many compliments on the work!
Made the process simple
I was amazed by the extensive knowledge of the Rees Restoration team. They were involved with the entire insurance process to ensure I was getting everything that my home needed. Brandon B. and Mike B. were great with following up and making the payment process simple and easy. The entire roof and gutters were completed within 6hrs from start to finish. No mess to clean up and they were great with working around my pergola attached to my house. As a single woman, living on her own, I felt at ease with all the staff so I will definitely be using Rees for my home in the future.

Roofing Pros
I filed a claim using a contractor that cold called us after a hail storm. He walked around with the claims adjuster to ensure they saw the damage, but the claim was eventually denied. Four months later I decided to try Rees because of their local presence. They did the same thing, following the adjuster around answering questions, but this person knew to point out other issues, such as hail marks on the garage door, mailbox, an electrical box in the yard, etc. My insurance approved this claim and I ended up getting a new roof, new siding, new gutters, and new garage doors. All because my Rees rep knew what to point out and to look for other evidence of hail damage. Their industry experience was vital in getting a successful claim filed with my insurance company.
