Prompt water remediation
Rick Rupert and his crew of Jessee and Luke got to our home within 2 hours of our evening call. A damaged outdoor faucet had leaked substantial water into 3 of our downstairs rooms. They quickly got the standing water off our new floor and carpet. They set up 3 dehumidifiers and 10 giant fans. Their quick reaction saved us from major damage to our home. Friendly, very communicative and professional team.
Bridgemor Village Clubhouse Dry-Out
Considering the situation, the experience with Rees Restoration was excellent. Thank you! We found the flooded clubhouse on a Friday early evening. As soon as we called Rees, everyone there was very reactive to our needs and on-site ready to start quickly. The crew members were very professional and stayed and worked into the night to mitigate any further damage to the building and its contents. Also, all furniture and other items were handled with care and returned to the original location within the building once the dry-out process was completed.

Location: Howard County roof and siding were 5 star. Pella windows were 5 star, but lowered to 4 star because 3-4 month delay in resolving delivery damage.

Great service provided
My basement flooded and when I say flooded it was up to my husband's knees. I called Rees and they were at my house within 40 minutes. They were here the first evening till 1am draining the water. Next day they were back here at 7am. Rick explained everything to me in very simple way. He knew how stressed I was throughout the whole process and even called me later that night to make sure I was doing ok. Rick followed through with everything he said he and his team were doing. I would definitely contact Rees company in the future if I have anymore problems. Just want to say thanks to Rick!

Rick was a lifesaver. I came home from work to a leaking pipe, wet ceiling and carpet. After a few failed phones calls, I got a hold of him late in the leaving and he was out at my house within 15 minutes. He was able to trace the leak and have it repaired within a few hours. Highly recomment Rick!
