Jonny Cook worked tirelessly with me and the representative who challenged State Farm to help me receive the repairs necessary to my home. It took nearly a year and a half to settle my claim with State Farm. Jonny and Rees Restoration were with me every step of the way. I was kept informed on the status of the claim and worked with representatives to finally settle the claim. Once it was settled repairs were started on my home right away. Jonny Cook coordinated the roofing, siding, gutters and interior repairs that need completed. After battling with State Farm well over a year, Jonny had my home repairs completed in less than two weeks!! He also had monitored the tarp he had placed on my roof to protect my home from further damage while we waited for a conclusion on the claim for nearly a year and a half.
