Guys with Integrity
I had a small leak that had damaged my basement ceiling. When the plumber came out to cut a hole in the drywall, there was some mold that had started. I called a few restoration/remediation companies, including Rees. The first company freaked me out indicating that the room was pretty much a hazardous area and everything in the room needed sanitized, carpet gone (which never got wet), all walls repainted, etc. It seemed like overkill and most likely insurance abuse. I work for an insurance company so that doesn’t set well with me. When Brad and Jesse came out, they assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done. And what needed to be done was going to have to be done by my builder, not Rees. So they didn’t push to get business or recommend bogus actions. They know their, very informative. They didn’t get any business from me this time, but they may in the future should I need them given how they handled this situation.
True professionals
Last thing you want to worry about after a hail storm rips through your neighborhood is getting your home protected and safe again. Within a blink of an eye Rees was there like a knight in shining armor to save the day!!! From the word go, Brad assisted with walking through the process and it was seamless. Next came the work from the team and they were there for 1 day and knocked it out. We told the workers we had kids & dogs and they swept the grounds with their magnet and Brad even can back and swept the floor with the magnet as well. Means a lot when you take care of the kids and fur babies. All in all this crazy situation was turned into a peaceful situation!!! Thank you Brad and Rees restoration for doing a fantastic job on our roof and gutters!!
Storm Damage
After having a tree branch fall on my roof & hail damage, I contacted Rees Restoration for help. Brad Rose called me back immediately & stayed on top of the situation. He met with the insurnace man which involved several tries due to the weather. Brad stayed in constant contact with me keeping me informed during the whole process. As I hadn't been feeling well I was not on top of it so it was great to have someone handle things for me. I highly recommend Brad for help in any restoration project.

New roof in a flash
The group at Reese did a great job replacing my 26 year old roof. The weather gods were against us but their team did an assessment came up with a plan of attack and got the job done. I would recommend this group highly. Prices are fair they follow up all in all great experience.
Great job
Brad Rose and Rees did a GREAT, from start to finish. My project was tricky because of location. They were able to line up logistics with materials, employee restroom and labor to a T. Constant communication and rapid response. Coming from construction knowledge, I was hesitate but they did everything exactly as it should be. Luis and his crew were quick, clean and responsive to our needs. I had roughly 40sq of siding done, soffit and hundreds of linear feet of trim done. Overall I give this entire project an A-. Thanks guys for the awesome job.

Overall a good experience. Rees responded right away and came to do an evaluation the same day I requested. Only took a star off because the contract did not have itemized costs and wasn’t very specific as to where the total numbers came from, which made us uneasy for insurance purposes. Brad was great though in helping us understand the breakdown and was always quick to respond. Brad also reached out while the roof was being installed to let us know of damaged boards and sent pictures for us to see. Happy with the way the roof looks but the financial side could be a little more clear. overall happy!
Exceptional Service!
After a terrific wind and hail storm brought down a lot of trees and limbs in Bloomington this summer, Brad Rose was able to quickly assess the damage and help me file a claim with my insurance company. He was present the day the insurance adjuster came and assessed the damage. In one day the roof was assessed, insurance money was deposited in my account, and Brad was able to email me documents that needed signing to begin working on my roof. I had to be gone for two weeks but was able to schedule the work to be started right after I got back. The crew came on time at 7:00, started working right away to tear off the old roof, installed the new roof, all in 6 hours, with a lunch break in there, too. Did I mention it was over 90 degrees? They did a great job cleaning up, sweeping the grass for nails, etc., and moving everything back into place. Brad came the next day and swept the magnet over the grass again just to make sure there were no more nails. I really appreciated the fact that they covered everything with tarps before they started. All in all, an excellent experience!

I had wind damage to my roof which the insurance originally declined. Brad came out tarped my roof to prevent further damage, met with the adjuster and was able to get my entire roof replaced. Excellent work and I would highly recommend Brad and Rees Restoration.

Brad was our contact for a storm damage claim. The claim included both roof and gutter replacements. He was professional and knowledgeable. The full scope of work, with exceptions and options, was discussed before the project started. Workers were competent, efficient, and thorough. The site was cleaned appropriately at the end of each day. In summary, a good experience!

Hail damage project with pretzel twists
Brad Rose inspected our home following hail damage. My husband and I both had surgeries prior to the work being started and our insurance company dispersed the funds in 2 separate checks. Our mortgage holder also was very uncooperative and demanded multiple changes in dispersions of funds for the work to be accomplished. Despite all of the frustrations, Brad Rose, and the team jumped through each bureaucratic hoop with grace and amazing patience. The work went off without any problems and Brad was also able to assist with some changes in the gutters that I did not understand was not included. In all, we had roofing, siding and gutters replaced. We could not be happier with the look of the project and the willingness of the team to make changes as needed. Chimney Repair
We had a leak coming from our roof. Brad was out at our residence the same day diagnosed the issue and was quick to get it repaired. Communication was on point and Brad was very professional. I would highly recommend Brad and Rees to anyone!
Happy with work.
We had a tree come thru roof. First company I called said they only did rooves. I also needed gutter & ceilings fixed. Second company said I did not need a new roof. Brad Rose immediately called me back when I inquired. He took charge, made appointments with insurance adjuster and kept me informed in a timely manner. The appointment with the adjuster kept getting postphoned due to the weather. Brad called & kept me informed. He patiently waited on my bank holding the insurance check for two weeks then quickly set up a time for the roof to be replaced due to hole & hail. He brought the workers inside to show them what needed done then checked with me after to see that the job was done to my satisfaction. The workers ask that I check their work & they cleaned up. I was impressed. As my husband had recently died & I just wasn't on top of the world, it was great that Brad took over to see that I was taken care of. I highly recommend the company and Brad Rose. Brad came out to inspect a leak in my roof. Upon diagnosing the problem, Brad walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He communicated with me the day my roof was installed and the crew finished in one day! I was texted pictures throughout the installation. We needed new siding and gutters on our home and spoke to several different companies. Rees Restoration and Brad were great, the most thorough and informative of the various companies we spoke with. Brad was out at my house the day after we had a hail storm in Whitestown. I had 3 other contractors out at the house, but I went with Brad due to his professionalism and ability to communicate. I have a sick mother that I am caring for so I informed Brad that I would not be much help. Brad told me he would take the lead and keep me informed along the way. Roof had a hole from a tree falling plus hail damage. 1st Co. I called said we needed roof but we also had gutter & ceiling damage which they couldn't help with. 2nd guy said we didn't need new roof. Finally I was able to contact Brad Rose with Rees Restoration who checked it out. After I agreed with his assessment he handled everything. He met with ins., kept me informed especially when the weather kept delaying an inspection. He set everything up. The crew were on time & very quickly had a new roof put on. Our home had hail damage from a storm in July 2023. Brad was in our neighborhood inspecting other properties that had similar damage. Less than 24 hours after talking with my wife he came out and inspected the roof and submitted a claim through insurance. Brad was entirely professional and friendly throughout the entire process.
