Chris was excellent in handling all the work with with the adjuster and the insurance company so that they covered the entire project. Chris was also great to work with my crazy scedule so the work could be done while I was home. He also worked with the gutter filter company to make sure everything fit well fit the finished job. Great Experience
I initially reached out to Chris Clark on a Sunday morning for an expedited inspection due to a roof leak. Chris was unavailable, so Jonny Cook came out that morning to inspect the roof. It was determined that we had hail and wind damage and needed to have the roof replaced. Jonny and Chris worked directly with our insurance company (helped tremendously that Rees Restoration is a preferred provider with our insurance company) and the roof was replaced. We also had water damage in one of the bedrooms and Rees took care of repairing that as well. Chris and Jonny were both wonderful to work with and kept me informed of all steps along the way.

Best Contractor Experience Ever
the inspection of our home was the best we have ever had detailed photos of roof and gutter damage are proof positive that work was needed Chris took care of all the paperwork including dealing with our insurance company ( we all hate doing that ) our claim was approved and the work was scheduled and the roofers showed up on time did a very nice job ( even though it rained that day ) they stayed and finished the job the clean up after was the best we have seen all the workers were very skilled at their job and friendly they answered all questions we had about the work being done a few days later the gutter crew was scheduled and the experience was the same the work was started and done again the same day the crew was skilled at their job the clean up was very good the workers made some downspout location adjustments for us and our gutters no longer are leaking in the corners the new roof and gutters give our home a much needed update and they improve the look of the house too if you need work on your home we would both say you cant go wrong using REES RESTORATION for your needs they have done work in our neighborhood and we know of not a single issue with the quality of work that has been performed thanks and have yourself a great day
Superior work from start to finish
Chris Clark came out and inspected my home for storm damage. He was able to find damage and filed a claim with me from my home which was a very big help. He met with the adjuster and made sure all my damage was documented with the insurance adjuster. I was able to get a new roof on my home and mini barn as well as new gutters and downspouts. My garage door was also replaced due to Chris finding hail damage on it. My favorite part of it all was the new window wraps for all 7 of my windows which matches my siding perfectly. I would recommend Chris and Rees Restoration to anyone I know. Chris made the process so easy and eliminated any headaches I may have had to deal with. Spectacular Work
We called Rees Restoration and immediately was called back by Chris Clark. Without any hesitation Chris told us that he would drive to our home which was a hour and thirty minutes from their office. We had numerous other contractors tell us it was too far or string us along. Chris came out the very next day and we immediately knew we were in good hands. He inspected the damage that we had as well as the estimate that insurance provided for us. Chris knew immediately that we didn’t get what we needed to bring our home back to pre loss condition so he was able to supplement everything with our insurance company and then knocked out the work that was needed to be done. The crews were great and cleaned up after. I would recommend Rees and especially Chris to any of my friends or family. Great company with great employees that care about the homeowner. Thank you Rees for the amazing job on replacing our roof. First of all Chris has been amazing. So attentive, responsive and helpful. The crew showed up about 6:30 am and got to work right away. They laid tarp to help with the cleanup and after a long hot day for them finished the entire roof by 6:00 pm. Our roof looks amazing - thank you!!!!

Chris was absolutely fantastic! Came in and completed all inspections. Worked to get material delivered early. Had his people here as scheduled for the roof the first day gutters and downspouts the next and window wraps followed. Chris worked with the insurance company to make sure roof and gutters were also replaced on our detached barn. Was always in communication with me during the process To answer any and all questions or concerns I had. Even after completion, he stopped in multiple times to check on my home and make sure I was still satisfied with the results. Chris from the start was on top of the entire process when it came to filing a claim. We were slowed down by a very unresponsive adjuster but Chris continued to communicate with the adjuster and myself and we ended up getting our roof, gutters, and interior all taken care of. Perfect and Professional
Chris coordinated projects and made everything run smoothly. Everyone from Rees did a fabulous job. We had roof, gutters, flashing, garage doors, and kitchen ceiling repair. I had ask them to come back for a piece of flashing and the kitchen ceiling, they came back fast and corrected what needed done to perfection. Southside storms 2023
I live in Southport indiana. Last summer the storms that hit our neighborhood put a huge tree on our home. I emailed for a quote and chris clark showed up even though it was a holiday weekend. Our insurance company had thousands of claims so our process was slow because of that. Chris kept in touch with us weekly and also helped us when we felt like the insurance company forgot us. We are totally satisfied with our roof and gutters they look great. Chris was very respectful and responsive as well as funny. I was referred to Chris and Rees from my boss who had used him in the past to get a claim overturned. Long story short we had an adjuster come out from our insurance company by himself and he denied the claim so Chris came out and took photos and wrote an estimate so that we could get a second inspection or a re-inspection and we got just that. Chris met with our adjuster and got everything overturned for us. Chris was able to take our estimate and get all our work done including new gutter guards for the insurance proceeds alone. The only cost was our deductible. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and gutters/downspouts. The entire process was smooth as soon as we called Chris.

Was surprised that it was only 1 gentleman who was sent to do the gutter replacement for our insurance claim. He was great. He said he can do a home in one day on his own up to 70 foot. Our back was a little longer and he said,there would be someone coming to help him when he reached the back. He went the extra mile and created fold up spouts for ease of mowing and advised we needed 2 additional spouts in the front to make the drainage more effective and easier on whole gutter system for inclement weather. We are so pleased with the results!

He attended the meeting with the insurance adjuster to explain damage uncovered during his inspection of the roof, gutters, and window trim. Chris communicated frequently to keep me informed regarding the timing for each project to be completed (roof, gutters, window trim). He visited my house to inspect after each project was completed and when workers were asked to return to correct an item. My neighbor gave my information to Chris, Chris contacted me very quickly. Got a meeting setup, He called our insurance company with me, he did most of the talking and we got a claim number. I then received samples for our roof and gutters. Shortly after, insurance checks were signed and in the blink of an eye we had our new roof and gutters and they look absolutely amazing. Fantastic Service
I was referred to Chris about roofing and gutters after a good storm came through our neighborhood. Chris was polite and professional from day one, helped me through the whole process and even assisted me talking to insurance which was a huge help. He was never once pushie and never once rushed us with choosing the options we wanted. After we finally made our choices and informed him I was ready to sign the contract, he was more than willing to come to my location which was a huge favor for me and made it a lot quicker and easier to link up. Once the contract was signed, he kept me informed every step of the job from start to finish, I expressed how important it was to me that all the yard was extremely clean once the work was done as I have children and a dog, I have never seen so much effort put forth to ensure the jobsite is cleaned once completed, the poor QA field tech even came out to do a final sweep including utilization of a magnet in pouring down rain. Chris came out to our property when we were having issues getting someone out because we live in Thorntown I.N. He inspected our property and then sat down with us to go over inspection as well as file the claim for us because we can’t stand automated systems. He was able to meet our adjuster and point out all the damage our home had. Once everything was approved Chris was able to get us a brand new metal roof and repair our interior leak with only our insurance proceeds which was helpful for us because we are both retired. We couldn’t be happier with everything and will recommend Chris and Rees to anyone who asks.
Excellent Roofing Replacement
Chris was so helpful with the insurance claim process. The job was completed on a Saturday after a scheduled Friday was impossible due to weather. I didn't expect them to one on the weekend but Chris didn't want us to wait any longer. The workers were awesome! We are very happy with our roof!

My story is long but I won’t go into it I will just say Rees Restoration’s Chris Clark was a god send. He was with me through the whole process. I was having problems getting a estimate for my roof and gutters. When I called them they were right there to help. Chris made multiple trips to my house 1 hour plus back and forth to my house trying to meet up with an insurance adjuster (who would cancel at the last minute or not show). When all that finally got taken care of Chris got me some of the best employees to do the job. They were very reliable and efficient. A difficult process made easy!
I am a single mother that usually has to take care of everything on my own when it comes to my home but Chris was referred to me by my neighbor George who’s home I told him looked brand new after Chris and Rees were done. Chris came to my home inspected my property and then proceeded to sit down with me in my living room and file the claim same day. He met with my adjuster and provided him with everything he needed so that I could get everything I needed for my home. The adjuster and Chris worked together to get my estimate and then the work was done without any issues at all. There was some wood rot that was torn away by removing old caulking and Chris had Raul come out and meet him and they had it fixed the very next day. I will refer him to who I can considering our entire neighborhood has beautiful new roofs all done by Chris and Rees Restoration. I couldn’t be happier at how great my home looks and how easy Chris made the process.
